WHO WE
ARE
Intern Europe is an organisation based in Belfast dedicated to managing high-quality work placement opportunities for European students and young professionals.
Since 2016, we have welcomed hundreds of talented individuals from different European countries such as Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Italy and Poland, to gain invaluable experience through our programme.
These are entirely funded by Erasmus+ and other European grants, ensuring that participants receive financial support during their placement.
Our goal is to bridge the gap between education and employment, equipping young professionals with the practical skills and international exposure needed to success in today’s global market.
WHAT WE OFFER
We strive to match each participant with a host organisations that aligns with their skills and career aspirations. With a strong network of over a thousand host organisations across various sector, -including business, marketing, IT, engineering, healthcare and more-, we offer diverse placement opportunities tailored to individual needs.
Our dedicated team manages all necessary administrative support such as paperwork, contracts, and certification requirements for EU grant-funded programme meaning participants can focus on their placements experience without the stress of bureaucratic processes.
As part of our commitment to the success of our participants, we conduct regular monitoring meetings to ensure a positive and productive experience.
HOW WE WORK
At Intern Europe, we take hands-on approach to managing every aspect of the work placement experience. From initial stages, our team carefully assesses each candidate’s skills, career aspirations, and personals preferences to match them with a suitable host organisation form our extensive network.
We handle all administrative tasks and once the placement begins, we maintain ongoing communication with the participant and host organisations, conduction regular monitoring meetings to provide guidance and ensure that expectations are met on both sides.
Our support continues throughout the entire placements not only on work-related concerns but also on a personal level to help young professionals build confidence, develop valuable skills, and gain international exposure essential for their future careers.

INDUCTION
Participants receive a full introductions to their placements, local culture and expectations to ensure they are well-prepared.

A dedicated support team is available around the clock to assist with any concerns or emergencies that may appear.
