How it works
Since 2002, we have been connecting European students and recent graduates with professional work experience opportunities in the UK. Our extensive network of more than a thousand host organisations has provided invaluable placements for participants, while also benefiting from fresh perspectives, international expertise, and enthusiastic young professionals eager o contribute.
All participants come fully insured through their programme, so there is no need for host organisations to provide insurance. Additionally, participants are not required to be paid for their time on the placement, as this is voluntary and their focus is on gaining practical experience and learning new skills. Hosting does not require long-term commitment, this means organisations can choose the duration of the placements based on availability.

What We Expect From Host Organisations:
- Comprehensive Induction: Provide an induction to company expectations, including working hours, dress code, and company culture.
- Meaningful responsibilities: Assign tasks that align with participants’ skills and development goals while ensuring a varied and engaging workload.
- Ongoing Support & Feedback: Offer regular guidance, check-ins, and constructive feedback to enhance the learning experience.
- Final Evaluation: Complete a short assessment at the end of the placement to provide feedback on the participant’s contribution.
