Our mobility programme

Unlocking Career Opportunities and Growth Across Europe

Since 2002, we have been collaborating with our partners across Europe and with more than nine hundred local host organisations to provide high-quality mobilities for young participants. Our commitment to fostering professional growth has led to a continuous increase in participants, with hundreds of talented young individuals joining our programmes in Belfast each year.

MEETING US

On the first working day after arrival, all participants are invited to an induction meeting with us, where we provide essential information about their work placement. Following the induction, a member of our team takes participants on a short tour of Belfast city Centre and assists participants in purchasing the necessary travel tickets for their daily commute to work, ensuring they feel confident navigating the city from the very start.

mid – placement meeting

This is a meeting we arrange after the participant has been working for a bit. It gives us an opportunity to see how the placement is going with the participants. This is also an opportunity to engage with us on the effects of culture shock, something we are more than happy to discuss with the group to give them some advice on adjusting to their experience abroad.

FINAL MEETING

A week before the end of the placement we organise a final meeting with the participants. This is an opportunity for them to share their experiences with us. Our goal is for all participants to leave Belfast with not just an improved skillset and better work aptitude, but also amazing memories of their time here.
